If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a limited 2 days “no questions asked” money-back guarantee. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a message on WhatsApp using the button below WITHIN 2 days of your order delivery date and our helpful support team will be sure to resolve your issues or give you a full refund!
You can also request a return through your tracking page, once the order is delivered and our team with then check for pickup serviceability for your pincode.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged / not eligible for a full refund, the customer may be offered a partial refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the product in our warehouse.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned, we provide exchanges in case of defects.
In our Psychedelic T-shirt Collection there are inconsistencies that will occur from print to print. This makes each printed garment a truly “One Off” piece where it will have some variation relative to the other prints throughout the run so that no two prints are exactly the same.
The most common inconsistency is in the form of placement of the artwork and is most likely to appear along seams, near the collar, or around the armpit area.
These inconsistencies are part of the nature of the dye sublimation process and there’s nothing that can be done to prevent them. For this reason, we do not issue refunds or discounts for any of these kinds of issues in the Psychedelic Tshirt Collection.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or refunds for masks. We offer exchanges incase there is a defect in the product.
We offer our customers a 3-week return policy. You may return your items within 21 days from purchase date and receive a refund for your purchase. Please note, after the 2 Day Full Refund period, there will be a Rs. 450 restocking fee charged for any returns.
You can request a return through your tracking page, once the order is delivered, and our team will then check for pickup serviceability for your pincode. If the service is available, our team will call you and take you through the refund, exchange process and confirm shipping costs for the pickup generated and support you through the process.
Incase your pincode is unserviceable for pickup, the following steps will need to be taken – the product will have to be packed and shipped to Suite 402, H-15, BSI Business Park, Sector 63, Noida, UP – 201301, India.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Cancellations/returns/refunds are only applicated to orders on uneek.in. If you’ve purchased a Uneek product from Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal or any other seller/marketplace – please contact them directly to learn about their returns and refunds policy.
Any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of Black Unicorn Digital Solutions LLP.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you’ve placed a Cash on Delivery order, our team will call you for your bank account details before processing the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds often take 15-25 business days to be processed by credit card companies and banks.

To return your product, you should contact our support team for further mailing details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that all returns are shipped using a trackable service, and with full insurance. Uneek.in does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
